As part of its sustainability journey, Aventura is pursuing LEED® Precertification, an optional review process offered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
LEED Precertification provides an early assessment of the project's anticipated compliance with LEED requirements based on preliminary design and documentation. It confirms that the project is on track to achieve its targeted LEED rating and reinforces confidence in its sustainable design intent.
Final LEED certification is awarded following project completion and full documentation and verification.
